How we work
We are a start-up which gives you a high level of ownership in not only creating awesome things in your expertise field but in creating the whole start-up together with our team.
We combine methods and skills across the discplines of business, design, and engineering. We empahsize a high self-dependent work style and a lean work approach. Across the team we have a design thinking mindset and follow a human-centered approach which means iterative work. We love to plan together as a team and run workshops but also value focused individual work time to get things done.
Where we work
Currently, we operate from Helsinki in Finland. One of the best places to be in Europe for a big and vivid tech startup ecosystem. We leverage the awesome facilities at Aalto University with its luxurious workshops at Design Factory.
We build our start-up as a scalable and international business and have the German market in focus. Hybrid work and online work from any EU country is warmly welcome in our team. If you work from a non-EU country, let’s have a talk and we can see whether it is still a possible match.
Open: CTO/Head of Engineering
We look for an engineer from the field of mechanical engineering/automation engineering or related engineering fields. Your focus would be to build the aeroponic modular growing system together with the designers and business team members in a human-centered way. Challenges await you like: how to construct the modules so that they can be connected and disconnected to the water system? Or: how to integrate a certain level of user interaction in the growing modules themselves?
In our start-up team team proactivity and self-organized working are key. We offer you to not simply do an engineer job but give you the freedom and ownership to contribute to the building of the start-up by voicing your perspective actively.
